These unique workcentres are designed for staff and technicians who work mainly at a desk or table in a commercial environment. It is critical that fumes, dusts and gases are captured at source before they reach the breathing zone. These products clean the air in the operator's personal workspace, protecting health and safety and improving productivity.

Enclosures Models ET2, ET7

artifacts, microscope usage, pathology labs, micro abrasive blasting, dental mould pouring, mould pressing, instrument use and many other applications. The Hand Glove Pack accessory converts the ET7 Enclosure to a fully contained glove box. A Low Static Polish accessory prevents dust buildup on the inside surface and maintains optical quality.

Transparent Enclosures contain pollutant by developing an "air curtain" across their opening. Two sizes are available, both ergonomically designed to suit either seated or standing operators. Ozone Enclosures feature excellent optical quality, strength and corrosion resistance.

Desk Hoods Models NB38, NB39

These technologically advanced Desk Hoods simply connect to the front edge of the workbench. They are the first choice in extraction for intricate, dust generating work with handheld tools. Ideal for jewellery manufacturers, dental laboratory technicians, hearing aid manufacturers, goldsmiths.

Model NB39 incorporates a telescopic section and is supplied with two hoods, both reversible, resulting in four different configurations. Model NB38 can be used with either forward or reverse extraction and includes a transparent shield. Both models have pre-filters for reclaiming workpieces.

Arms AT1, AM0, KU50, NU50

The Tubular Arm, model AM0, is constructed from flexible, polished stainless steel. With its small diameter and 500 mm overall length it is ideal for light pollutant applications. It is supplied with a manual shut-off damper and mounting bracket and suits several Ozone nozzles.

The remarkable Telescopic Arm, model AT1, is extremely flexible. The Arm has two elbow joints, two swivel joints, and a 200mm long telescopic section. This combination of joint technology allows the Arm's inlet to be positioned anywhere the operator wishes. The elbow joints feature a positive locking system. The AT1 includes damper and bracket and suits numerous Ozone nozzles.

Two self-supporting Arms are available with a wide range of nozzles. These versatile and innovative Arms are suitable for laboratory chemicals, fumes in manicurist's salons, dental technicians, glue fumes, hairdressers, beauty therapists, dental surgeries, patient degassing in hospitals, laser surgery plumes, odours in mortuaries and many other applications.

The Universal Nozzle, model NU50, can be configured in three different shapes by the operator. It connects to Arms or Hose. Fabricated from anodised aluminium, it provides strength, lightness and corrosion resistance.

Hanging Arms & Columns BF1

The Capture Hood is suitable for a wide range of applications including: dental lathes, jewellers' lathes, buffing wheels, grinding wheels, etc. When connected to an LI2 Cleaner, it creates your own Personal Dust Collector.

For high pollutant loads (with Capture Hoods or Desk Hoods), the Separator can be used. Its cyclonic action increases filter life and aids retrieval of precious particles. A removable bucket simply clips to the base.

Arms can also "hang" from the ceiling or wall. When fitted to the ceiling the BF1 Column is typically used.
Combining an Arm with the large Transparent Hood NT51 is ideal for dental surgeries, hairdressing salons, etc.

Central Cleaners Models DD7, GS8, PD7

Ozone Portable Cleaners are compact filtration units which drive the inlet systems shown on the previous pages. All 4 models include High Efficiency Particulate filters - which are cleanable - a unique feature which is vital for low running costs. They also include activated carbon gas filters.

Model LI2 is the quality solution for connection to one or two Telescopic Arms, or one to four Tubular Arms.

Model LR2 is a whisper quiet unit for one Telescopic Arm or two Tubular Arms. It includes a variable speed motor.

Model LA2 is a high pressure product for use with dust and is perfect for Desk Hoods. Its turbine motor has special long life auto cut-out brushes. The operator simply plugs the handtool into the socket and the Cleaner automatically starts when the tool is used. Includes a dust drawer.

Model LL2 includes an ULPA filter for capturing d e b r i s , bacteria and smoke from laser surgery plumes. It is used either with flexible hose or a Tubular Arm. Includes a 2.5m2 pre-filter for long life and a 100,000-hour motor.

Larger Cleaners are available for multiple inlet systems. Model DD7 is a high flow Dust Cleaner with Arms, Enclosures or Capture Hoods. Featuring a maintenance free continuous duty motor, inbuilt filter cleaning system and slide out dust drawer.

Model GS8 is a high flow Cleaner where the primary pollutant is a gas or vapour. A four stage pre-filtering process removes particulates, protecting the main dry scrubbing gas filter. A massive 16kg of replaceable media ensures long filter life.

Model PD7 is a high pressure Cleaner for multiple Desk Hoods. It features a continuous duty motor, multi-stage turbine, inbuilt filter cleaning system and slide out dust drawer.
