Over the years Ozone has maintained a proud commitment to product excellence. The R & D team, led by Ozone’s senior engineer Neil Raymond, works continuously to improve product quality and versatility.

Here is a short summary of our most popular products to date;

Fume Cleaners - The first choice for continuous production work and heavy welding fume environments, where high flow rates are required. This outstanding range of filtered Fume Cleaners captures pollutant over a large distance through standalone inlets such as Flexi Arms.

Dust Collectors - Remarkably compact, these power efficient Dust Collectors incorporate the latest technology in filtration, cleaning systems and extraction design. Models are available with bins, drawers or hoppers.

Professional Vacuum Cleaners - Ozone Professional Vacuum Cleaners combine authentic performance with safety and reliability. Wet and/Dry models are suitable for debris, liquids or fine dusts, due to an efficient multi-stage filtration system.

Gas Cleaners - Gas Cleaners adsorb harmful gases through the use of activated granular media. The highly porous granules provide a massive surface area which reacts with the pollutant. With six types of media and numerous product options, these “off the shelf” Gas Cleaners can be tailored to suit even the most demanding applications.

Confined Space Ventilators - These field proven ventilators and accessories reduce the risks associated with confined space entry by providing a constant source of clean, breathable air or extracting polluted air out of a confined space.

Pollution Extractors - Pollution Extractors incorporate a number of distinctive features such as the patented triple flow system which allows the extractor to be site assembled to suit any application. The compact, corrosion resistant case fully encloses the motor for increased safety. Models include; fixed, portable and roof mounted. A comprehensive range of accessories complement the extractors, including various grades of flexible hose.

Flexi Arms - The Ozone Flexi Arm is the only Arm with no flexible hose. The revolutionary design incorporates “solid joint” technology with several distinct advantages over traditional arms which rely on flexible hose. Benefits include improved air flow, lower pressure drop, greater strength, minimal contamination and reduced maintenance costs.

Hose Reels - Hose Reels remove fumes directly from vehicle exhaust pipes, protecting operators from pollutants such as carbon monoxide, lead and diesel fumes. Retractable Hose Reels help maintain a safe, uncluttered workshop floor. The range includes electric, remote control and manually operated models, with varying hose diameters, length and temperature ratings to suit virtually any vehicle.

Ozone is pleased to be involved with the following projects;

- Ozone was selected to supply multiple fume cleaning systems to a major water organisation in South Australia

- Australia’s leading pipe fittings and valves manufacturer selected Ozone Gas Cleaner products for removing and filtering harmful gases.

- Ozone secured a deal to supply extraction equipments to a major yacht building organisation in the Middle East.

- A defense organisation has chosen Ozone as the preferred supplier of extraction fans and electric hose reels for removing toxic fumes from military aircraft.
