This range of versatile Extractors is designed specifically for high pollutant loads. The first choice for any multi-inlet system. Each Extractor incorporates a number of unique and practical features. Self-cleaning, backward-inclined blades prevent pollutant buildup. High pressure rotors allow small diameter ducting to be used, with correspondingly lower costs and better pollutant transport velocities. The patented Triple Flow System allows the Extractors to be easily assembled on site into one of three distinct configurations, to suit any application. Ozone System Extractors. Roof Models YR6

Despite their high performance, Ozone YR6 Extractors are remarkably compact and lightweight. Unlike many conventional extractors, which have to be craned on to a specially reinforced roof, Ozone System Extractors are simple to lift into place.

Six models are available, ranging from 1.1kW to 4kW. All feature identical case dimensions and include a roof skirt and weather cover. They are extremely simple to install.

Model YR6 is a Roof Mounted System Extractor. Highly
versatile, it can be quickly and easily assembled in three ways.
Simply choose the configuration you require by orientating
the weather caps and extractor case, on site, to result in:
- An Extractor with vertical discharge.
- An Extractor with downwards discharge.
- A Supply Unit to deliver fresh air.

A range of motor/rotor combinations produces operating flow
rates from 400 to 1600 litres per second. Suitable for fume
extraction through up to eight separate Flexi Arms, for example.

Roof Models

Various sized Spigot Accessories simply attach to the Extractor inlet. Alternatively, a dropper duct can be connected to the roof upstand, in the conventional manner.

All components are easily assembled on the roof. Fabricated in zinc-treated steel, with a baked polymer coating for complete corrosion protection.

Ducted Models YD6

Pictured here is a Right Angle Centrifugal, with its pyramid exposed. This configuration suits mounting on an outside wall as it protects the motor from the weather and allows a vertical discharge stack to be connected. Ideal when the extractor cannot be roof mounted and noise within the workshop must remain low.

Thanks to its box shaped design, the YD6 is simple to mount on walls, floors, columns or machines. It can be twisted in any direction. Comes complete with mounting studs, pyramid, blank, mesh guard and gaskets.

The Ducted System Extractor model YD6 is designed to accommodate both inlet and/or outlet ducting. It features Ozone’s backward-inclined rotor. All Ozone Extractors are statically and dynamically balanced.

With its patented design, the YD6 Extractor can be easily assembled on site, in any of three different configurations depending on the orientation of its pyramid:

- As an In-Line Centrifugal, to suit straight duct lengths. Also includes an in-built silencer.
- As a Right Angle Centrifugal, to suit duct lengths which change direction. Also ideal when the motor should be removed from the airstream for potentially corrosive, hot or explosive pollutants.
- As a Diffuse Outlet Centrifugal, for mounting through a wall or for customised applications.

Duct Kits

Small systems, with three or four Flexi Arms, are easily designed using the Ozone Duct Kit. The Duct Kit can be connected to either a Roof or Ducted System Extractor.

The US300 accessory is a unique flexible hose section with the same profile as the Duct Kits. Ideal for offsets around columns or bends around corners.

Spigots

Various sized Spigot accessories are available and simply bolt to the System Extractors. They feature self-adhesive rubber gaskets, and a double stepped diameter to suit both metric and imperial hose or duct.

System Extractors are ideal for driving multiple Ozone Flexi Arms for welding fume, or Flexi Arm/Beam combinations, or Hose Reels for vehicle exhaust, or a wide range of custom applications.

Curves show fan total pressure. Set equal to total system losses. This equals internal system loses (inlets + ducts + transitions) plus outlet loss (velocity pressure at system outlet). Tested with ducted inlet and outlet (300mm spigots, unguarded), AMCA or BS type D.
