This outstanding range of compact, power-efficient Dust Collectors incorporates the latest technology in filter cleaning systems and extraction design. The result of extensive research and product development, backed by a modern quality production line and experienced sales personnel. Suitable for most forms of dust - woodworking, metal dust, plastics, fibres or powders. Applications include lathe work, grinding, polishing, linishing, drilling, packing, bagging, blending, mixing, cutting, sawing, sanding, blasting, fettling, cleaning, sewing and many more.

Channel Cartridge Filtration 2

The unique inertial separator directs the larger particles through the centre of the actual cartridge straight into the collection chamber. Crossflow separation then removes finer particles. The surface-loading, vertically-pleated media is further protected by pre-filter microscreens. Valves seal the cartridge during operation to prevent dust re-entrainment and automatically open during the cleaning cycle. Removing cartridges is very easy. Simply open the hinged door and slide the lightweight cartridge out. The cartridge housing is a special corrosion resistant polymer.

With their Channel Cartridge filters, Ozone Dust Collectors are remarkably efficient and easily provide the highest power-to-size ratio on the market.

At the heart of each series 7, 8 and 9 Dust Collector is the patented Ozone Channel Cartridge. A four-stage process provides long filter life and filtration efficiencies far greater than traditional collection techniques.

Drawer, Bin or Hopper Containers

The 80 litre quick release bin is fitted with wheels for safe handling. The foot operated, geared lifting mechanism forms a direct and positive seal between the bin and filter chamber.

Hopper models can be easily wall mounted, saving valuable floor space. The 120 litre capacity hopper is fitted with a sliding gate valve. It can be either emptied periodically or left permanently connected to a second, larger waste container such as the Ozone Separator Drum.

Drawer models are ideal for low dust loads and are significantly safer for personnel than traditional exposed bag type collectors. The 40 litre capacity drawer simply slides out from the Collector. Dust Collectors with drawers are extremely compact and can be wall mounted if required.

Collectors can be fitted with an Ozone self-supporting Flexi Arm, providing remarkable flexibility. The unique "all solid" design ensures high performance
and minimal dust contamination.

Ozone Collectors can be fitted with wheels, resulting in compact mobile units. Capable of being used with Flexi Arms or with Flexible Hose which joins to various duct stations.

Advanced Filter Cleaning

eliminating the need to connect an external air source. Importantly, the complete mechanism is located on the clean side of the filter to prevent contamination.

Size 7 Collectors feature a semi-automatic Vibro Cleaner as standard, combining mechanical vibration with reverse airflow. Simply connect factory air to the Vibro Cleaner push-handle whenever the filter needs cleaning. Size 8 or 9 Collectors can be fitted with Vibro Cleaners as a budget conscious alternative.

Each series 8 or 9 Collector features an easy-to-use touch-pad controller as standard. This includes a sophisticated electronics package which automatically operates the filter cleaning system to maintain peak performance.

The Jet Cleaner mechanically stretches open each filter pleat in turn and directs an airstream of high velocity air through it, providing comprehensive cleaning to the complete filter area.

This provides more effective cleaning than traditional collectors, which either just shake the filter, or merely deliver a short pulse of air towards the general filter area. The J e t C l e a n e r has its own in-built compressor,

Ozone has created a new range of power efficient extractors for its Dust Collectors. They feature backward inclined rotors, which are dynamically balanced, with premium drive motors.

The extractor housing is an integral part of the Collector and is positioned to the side of the filter chamber, allowing the inlet to be located on the top. This downflow design means that inlet ducting can be simply installed to run in any direction.

Ozone's "dual flow" design allows the extractor drive motor to be completely isolated from the filtered airstream if required. This is critical for potentially corrosive, hot or explosive dusts. Additional discharge duct can be added to the Collector outlet when necessary.
