Genuinely mobile, with swivel castor wheels and brakes (wall mounted models also available).
Remarkably versatile, Workstations are also suitable for power tool dust extraction and even vacuuming.
Vibro Cleaner option for in-product filter cleaning. Simply use the manual pull handle, or connect to compressed air.
Model WM7 has a specially developed turbine extractor which allows it to be used for either on-gun or off-gun use – ideal for combined welding fume and grinding dust applications. The WM7 can even be used with a Flexi Arm inlet resulting in a highly unique, dual purpose Cleaner.
Ozone Workstations. Innovation in pollution control.
Workstations capture welding fume the moment it is generated, through the use of integral "on-gun" or "ontorch" nozzles. These technologically advanced cleaners offer a number of distinct advantages over conventional products:
Single-phase, continuous-duty motors and turbines rated for 100,000 hours. Practical, safe and reliable.
The unique Ozone Channel Cartridge. Cleanable, threestage filtration with 10m2 media area.
Autostart Cleaners Models WA2, WO2
The large capacity, flame retardant filter is easily cleaned by compressed air, making throwaway filters a thing of the past.
These lightweight Cleaners are supplied with wheels and carry handles. They can also be mounted direct to a welding machine.
Model WO2 is also available without the auto-start feature. The welder simply uses the convenient foot switch to turn the Cleaner on and off.
These high quality brush motor Cleaners incorporate sophisticated electronics to prolong motor life. They start automatically whenever welding commences. The motor features auto cut-out carbon brushes, which prevent it from operating when brush wear becomes too great.
The auto-start process is activated by an in-built sensor which detects the electrical current in the welding machine earth cable. The cable is simply positioned over the sensor window. No hard wiring or attachments to the welding machine are necessary.
The WA2 Cleaner connects to all of the major brands of integrated fume extraction MIG guns, also known as Smoke Guns. It can also be used with the Ozone Pilot Gun Kit, which fits to any standard MIG gun.
Continuous Duty Cleaners Model PF2
At-source control is typically
achieved through various
stand-alone inlet Kits.
Alternatively, the PF2 can be used
for "on gun" extraction with the
Ozone Pilot Gun Kit which
connects to any standard MIG gun.
The exciting PF2 is the natural choice when a portable, high
efficiency Cleaner is required. Thanks to the combination of
Ozone’s cleanable filter technology and a continuous duty
(100,000 hour) maintenance-free motor, low running costs are
assured.
With its compact design and high performance, the PF2 is ideal
for light duty and maintenance welding. The combination of
wheels and carry handle make it easy to move from job to job.
Kits
Various types of integrated fume
extraction guns, known as Smoke
Guns, are now available. These
simply connect directly to
Ozone Autostart Cleaners and
Workstations.
Stand alone Kits are available
for off-gun fume extraction or
for capturing grinding dust.
Various hose diameters and inlet
nozzles are available and are
suitable for every application.
Various inlet kits for both on-gun and off-gun extraction
are available.
The unique Pilot Gun can be retrofitted to any standard MIG gun.
It comprises a universal-fit aluminium barrel, self-supporting
flexible tube, and extraction
hose. The tube is simply
moulded around the gun
handle to suit each
welder’s preference. All
components are strong, yet
lightweight, making the
Pilot Gun a firm favourite
with welders.
Applications
Ozone products are shown in blue. All necessary connections are included with the products so that
they simply bolt together. The "words" in each box fully describe the set of Ozone products to be
ordered for a complete system. See Accessories section for codes.
A wide range of inlet Kits can be used with Ozone
Welding Gun Fume Cleaners. Simply choose from the
table below (up to the recommended flow of the Cleaner).
Use left hand axis for Workstations & Autostart Cleaners. Use right hand axis for Continuous
Duty Cleaner. Curves show static pressure at Cleaner inlet. Set equal to static pressure of
upstream system (system losses + velocity pressure at inlet). Tested with clean filters,
ducted inlet (Autostart Cleaner 50mm diam, other models 100mm), diffuse outlet, standard
Cleaner at end of system (AMCA or BS type C).
